The Blue Business Council is a network of business partners who are informed about and actively engaged to protect clean and plentiful water in California. Our members know that in order to strengthen California’s economy, we must enact laws and policies to make the state’s waters clean and protect our scarce resources. Council members promote their shared environmental goals and values with integrity and adhere to CCKA’s stringent conflicts of interest policy.

California Coastkeeper Alliance unites local Waterkeeper organizations to fight for swimmable, fishable and drinkable waters for California communities and ecosystems. California Coastkeeper Alliance and California Waterkeepers launched the Blue Business Council in 2014 based on the belief that a healthy ocean and coast and clean water is vital to California’s economy, public health, and way of life.
